Rates quoted are per week in EURO
Discounts for longer lets can be negotiated
A deposit of 50% of the total rent charge is payable on booking by bank transfer. The balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival.
A 150,- € refundable bond against breakages and damage ist payable with your balance. This will be returned to you one week after the end of your holiday.
Final cleanings are included as well as bed linen and towels.
